This large home offers beautiful view of rural wooded Kentucky and has a large 1,500 SF deck to relax with your family. The property is located 2 miles from Somerset, KY at the entrance to Fishing Creek Recreational area, and boat ramp. This home is only minutes (4 miles) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat dockage as well as boat and jet ski rentals.
The home boasts over 4,600 square feet of space including 9 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 bathrooms, and an eat-in kitchen, and formal dining room. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and includes a private bath. The other 8 bedrooms offer queen size beds and twin beds. The upper level Great Room includes ample seating and a 50" HD television with Roku for guests to access their streaming services. The lower level includes another sitting/TV area and laundry area. There is a large dining room that seats 6 and the eat-in kitchen that seats 6 with stainless steel appliances. Free wireless internet service is available.

4 bedrooms - queen beds - 1 on the first floor, 3 in the lower level
1 bedroom - queen bed and twin bed - second floor
1 bedroom - 3 twin beds - second floor
1 bedroom - 1 twin bed - lower level
1 bedroom - daybed (twin) and pull out twin bed - first floor
In total there are 13 beds in this home.
There are 2 full baths, plus full master bath on the first floor, a 1/2 bath on the second floor, and a full bath and laundry with new appliances on the lower level.
The Home is located in a residential neighborhood, at the end of a scenic residential street, and the deck faces the wooded area. Parking for boats and trailers is large gravel parking on this lot, easily accommodates 4 boats, and 2 others can be parked on the street.

Check-in was easy and kitchen has a lot of dishes and pans .. whoever does laundry needs to not leave in washing machine .. towels were smelly Over all we had a wonderful time .. Thanks for the use of your house .. We always have a good time on Cumberland Lake

This was the second summer staying at this property. We had a group of 19 and there was plenty of room for everyone (not crowded). House was very clean with all essentials provided, plenty of parking and a quiet street. This property has become our go to for our annual boating trips. Highly recommend.

Our group of 17 enjoyed our stay! Clean and comfortable home and close to Lee’s Ford Marina. Loved the large parking area for boats and trailers!

Not happy with the curtain instead of door in the one bedroom; another locked on the outside which meant the person staying in that room had to be rescued two different times as he couldn't get out of the room. Mice droppings in some of the kitchen drawers. and no propane for the grill.
