About this house rental

A peaceful and quiet 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath retreat home settled in the beautiful woods of Arkansas! This home has been our family retreat for many years and we know you will love being in the mountains of Bella Vista. Our home is very unique, being built with poly-steel material and all the outside walls are concrete. This makes our home very quiet and energy-efficient. Our home includes a big tornado shelter, exercise room, an office with a printer and a big bonus room downstairs. There are 3 decks overlooking gorgeous trees! The main deck is great for morning coffee, family gatherings, or to fire up the grill. It is 25 feet up, giving you the feeling of being in a tree-house.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this home and it’s just perfect! Number of bedrooms and bathrooms fits us perfect. The location is also perfect as it’s not very far from the highway as to where we are going. Always has what we need and is clean and comfy! Already booked for next year!!

This was as perfect a location as one could get for golfing. The weather did not cooperate for golf well, but we still got four rounds in and the last one was in the sunshine. Great table to eat at and its size reduced for card playing and other games. The house is stocked with all the cooking utensils you could want. We have been there three years in a row and plan to come back next year.

We felt so lucky to stay in such a beautiful home. There were nine of us. The layout is great. Everyone had their space. Meals at the round dinner table lead to long conversations. Quote from my 85 year old mother: cleanliness is next to godliness. On day 2 she announced there isn’t a single cobweb, I don’t know how they do it. House has beautiful views. I had back surgery and often have difficulty sleeping when traveling. The beds in this house are exceptional. Comfortable beds with soft sheets. Best beds ever. Great access to mountain biking trails. Bike shop is a short hike downhill from the house. Fully stocked kitchen. The Christmas decorations were unexpected and gorgeous. This is a 10 star spot. Perfect getaway.

Great house, just wish it had one more bedroom where the office is for more beds. We love this area and the house, booked already for next year for the 3rd year in a row! I LOVE how clean it is every single year...when you take your shoes off and your socks aren't dirty from the floors or carpet...that is clean! Had a plumbing issue and they had nothing but urgency and communication! The only need was more dish clothes so we could wipe down the kitchen counters! See you next year!

Kitchen was equipped with everything possible. My only complaint would be that the double bed downstairs really needs a mattress topper. Hardest mattress I have ever slept on. Also, a shade for the window.

We stayed here a year ago and it was just as great this year as last. It is less than 15 minutes to all the golf courses and we played four different ones. The large dining table was big enough for eight and could be reduced in size to play cards and other games. The back deck is very peaceful and we found ourselves out there often just talking. The couples were from two locations in Texas, one in Arkansas, and one in Oklahoma. Lots of catching up with each others kids and it was a great place to do that. Very large downstairs area that we didn't even use other than to sleep.

Five bedroom and bathrooms was what we need for our group. Five brothers and sisters and spouses. We've stayed at many VRBOs and other places, this was one of the best. Eating room, relaxing room and sleeping room was really good. Whole house very well appointed, even parking space was good. We come together from New York, Houston, Arkansas and Oklahoma. I spend 10 months out of the year traveling for work. It’s hard to find a home that can meet all the requirements for multiple people. This place was perfect. To me the beds were a tad hard (I understand that’s a personal preference) but that was the only thing I had a problem with. My mom was traveling with me this time and has a hard time with stairs but that didn’t matter because there were two bedrooms on the ground floor. Having another living room on the bottom floor for those that like to stay up late made going to sleep easy. Will definitely stay again!

The property was beautiful! It was perfect for our needs. Very well appointed, great bedrooms, large gathering spaces, lots of nice extras. It was in a wonderful location, close to both golf and mountain bike trails and easy to get to the main road that also brought us into Bentonville. Prior to our arrival, Veronica was so helpful with booking tee times for us and super quick responses to my questions. We will definitely look into staying here again when we return for another visit!

We stayed 3 nights for Christmas Adventure with our family. There was plenty of room for all of us. The basement housed our young adults and teens. They enjoyed the Movie Theatre set up and especially enjoyed the Christmas football game. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived Christmas Eve that the home was decorated and had a 12 ft Christmas tree. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining room table large enough to fit us all. We would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Bentonville/Rogers area. The location was right in between all we wanted to do.

Ten family members from across the US congregated at this lovely home (which was only 5 minutes from the brother's home.) The home is so spacious that we hardly used the available areas. The decks were located over wooded areas and the only noise was a bird or squirrel. We will stay again.

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The house was really nice, very large, and had everything a person could want in the kitchen. Huge laundry room (normally we don't do laundry on a trip, but this was so nice that we did and came home with clean clothes). All the rooms were very large and deck was outstanding, seating 8 easily. We played games on the deck before we went golfing. The house was gorgeous, centered among beautiful golf courses. We like to try different locations playing golf, but this house and location was so good that we are really thinking of renting this home next year - same time frame. Never really had to contact the host for anything; everything was there.

Home was close to everything (10-15 minutes drive) and equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home (food not included but grocery store and restaurants five minutes away : ). This house was perfect for our group. It is very nice and has lots of room. The house was very clean. Our only problem was that we tried to use the grill but there was no propane. Other than that, all was good and enjoyed the house. The location is great for the Bella Vista golf courses and restuarants.
