A $300 security deposit hold is placed on the credit card 2 days before arrival and is automatically released within 3 days after departure, pending no damage or excessive cleaning. This is an authorization hold only, not a charge.
*Cancellation policy is full refund within 60 days of check-in minus the 3% credit card processing fee.

Very nice property with a great view of the lake. Host was friendly and check-in was smooth. Great location about 10 minutes to downtown Littleton which has a couple of nice restaraunts and a brewery. Would definitely recommended.

The Good Vibrations lake house is beautiful inside & outside! Very comfortable, clean & beautifully decorated !
The Food Lion & Piggy Wiggy are only about 10 minutes from the house , which is convenient !
We had a wonderful time there , the weather was perfect , we boated to Wobble Inland , Goat Inland , Waterview Restaurant , One eyed Jacks ( the Point ) !
Enjoyed hanging down at the dock ,has a little bar & sitting area ! Enjoyed the Hot tub also !

The host was very communicative, prompt, and accommodating. The property was spotless, beautiful and well-stocked. We had a great time. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming as well!
