Are linens provided? The Linen Fee is mandatory and will be included in the reservation total.
What is the cancellation policy? Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before arrival will receive 100% refund. Reservations cancelled between 14-29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Truly a beautiful property and perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of spaces to have some quiet time or come all together for fun. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this property with anyone. We plan to book again.

As the first guests at this house, we are excited to leave a 5-star review for "Chillin and Grillin!" It was our first visit to Lake Gaston and it did not disappoint! The house was super clean, kitchen well-equipped, and beds comfortable. There was nothing we needed that we could not find! The house is not too far from the lake, with the fire pit about halfway in-between which we enjoyed to make s'mores. There were 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks available to us, which was awesome. We rented a boat from the nearby Eaton Ferry Marina, and Food Lion is less than 10 minutes away. There is also a gas station/marina around the corner. The host, Marc, was very responsive and we hope to stay here again. Thank you!
