This sweet little house is newly renovated and a quick walk to Oaklawn Racing and Casino. Its a couple of miles to bath house row. Its features 2 bedrooms, and one bath with a large sun room addition with a sleeping area. Its comfortable and cozy with central heat and air. There is parking for 2 cars one of which is covered. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hot Springs is home to many beautiful lakes and biking trails. Bring some water containers to take home some of the best water you will ever taste. Its free, you just have to have a container.

We loved our stay. It was about 10 minutes to the water and theme park. And 5 minutes or closer to Walmart and all fast food places. The house was homey and spacious and well taken care of. Very clean. It was easy to talk to the owner and she was super nice. We had kids from 5 to 18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. 2 of our kids had to use an air up mattresses. And there was ample amount of walking space around them. The house smelled clean and didn’t smell of smoke or animals. We are very happy with our stay.

Property is exactly as advertised. It's in an older quiet neighborhood literally 4 blocks down from the horse track. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook most any meals. Traveling with two teenagers that refuse to sleep in the same bed; it was imperative for us to have a place to where everyone had their own bed/ space. All the beds were comfortable with good quality linens. All linens were of good quality including towels. Check in & check out was seamless. Communication with host was good. Only drawback to this property for us seeing we were traveling with 2 teenagers; is that the property only had one bathroom. Wasn't the end of the world having only one bathroom, and next time we travel to Hot Springs if this property is available, we would definitely stay again.

House was sufficient and location was great. Only reason for 4 stars was the mini blinds, especially in the sunroom bedroom. They need replaced, or curtains added. It is very bright in there in the early mornings, but a great place for a sunroom :) And the toilet paper roll hanger needs repaired. Those things aren't enough to ruin a trip by any means though. We are so sorry for the late checkout, it wasn't intentional.

When we arrived at the home, we found that it was very clean and better than the photos listed. We were pleasantly surprised with the space of the home and amenities available to us. The house is on a quiet street. The beds were comfortable. If you plan to use the bed in the activity room, be sure to bring a blackout sleep mask, super bright. We didn't use it for that reason. House is clean and we enjoyed our stay. Cooked in the kitchen, very clean, big enough, and well stocked with pans. Will stay again!!

House was as described. This was our second time staying in this home and we would stay again for the price and availability. Our first stay we had an issue with ants and communicated with owner; it was fixed when we came for this stay. Had enough space for what we needed, only stayed at the home during the night and it was comfortable. Would suggest cleaning under furniture when the cleaning services are done. Both times we visited there has been dust/debris under the furniture in the rooms when it has accidentally moved in the living room or to reach under bed to retrieve child toys.

We had a great stay at this house. We wanted to be able to walk to the horse races. A few of us even walked back to the house mid day to rest and return. We enjoyed the table on the back porch each night. This isn't a fancy property at all, but for the price gets the job done.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Property was close to everything. Paid a cleaning fee but it wasn't clean when we got there. Fridge had to be cleaned my husband had to replace the front porch light bulb AND the one in the fridge. DO NOT leave anything on the counter! The ants were everywhere. Had to also adjust the toilet paper roll because it kept falling off every time you tried to get tp. The fan in the living room had dust caked on it so we couldn't turn it on.
