We enjoyed our stay in general but we had to buy toiletries we did not anticipate getting.

The apt was centrally located to the freeways, stores, restaurants, and major attractions.

The apt was not kept clean - dishes had a gritty film and had to be rewashed, king- size bed dipped and bedspread had a very strong odor, towels were very thin with frayed edges. This is the first Airbnb that did not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. The master bathtub also had a ring around it.

A great Hot Springs getaway!

Location was key to our trip. It made the trip easier and time manageable. The property was very clean and well kept. Check in/out was easy. Our overall experience with this property was a well deserved 10/10. I recommend anyone who wants to be close to downtown and attractions plus a great Lakeview should definitely book this property. It has a warm cozy feel and I will be booking again real soon

Location was great, loved the views and laundry facility! Good parking and ease to check in and out. Decor was fun and relaxing

Suggestions; hotel small sized soap in baths, and a wall mounted tv in primary. The coffee pot did not work properly- cracked glass poured out the bottom and made a mess.

Our stay at Natalie's Nook

Comfortable, we really enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking Hamilton. It was nice having two bathrooms. Well-stocked kitchen as far as dishes and utensils. Good location, easy access to downtown. A/C worked great.

Had to finish up housekeeping chores from previous occupants. It would have helped to have paper towels or at least full size kitchen towels. No K cups for coffee, the little Mr Coffee pot leaked and the carafe burned stuck on hot plate. Coffee pot was dirty and still had loose grounds in top. Coffee cups were stained and I had to rewash them. I expected a hairdryer, had to buy one. May have been I expected it to be more like a hotel, if I had known in advance the things not provided, I could have brought them instead of having to make a Wal-mart run. Every rental provides different things so I'm never sure what is my resposibility and what the owner will provide.

Very nice place. Had everything you’d need to enjoy a stay there.

Only issues had was the upstairs neighbor was up and stomping all though out the night and the door handle on the small bedroom malfunctioned and wouldn’t open from the inside.

Amazing location for fishing and close to everything.

The dock. My wife loves fishing and we spent some time out there fishing. We can have a boat there if we want. The apartment itself was very spacious. The balcony was perfect for having dinner.

The water pressure in the show was kind eh. The stairs to the dock needs fixing, for sure. But that was all negative about the place.

The pictures online did not do the house and location justice. The place was beautiful, and the deck overlooking the river below made two days of sunsets magnificent. We wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly stay there again!

Perfect Little Nook!

This property was exactly as pictured very clean and organized. I brought my four kids on a little trip to go to Hot Springs and enjoyed every bit of it. The benefit of this house is that it came with supplies in the kitchen so I could cook and save some money then going out to dinner every night. Walmart is maybe a five minute drive and stocked up on dinner and snacks. The beds were very comfortable. We did use the fold out couch which was not horrible like most. If you are to use the couch, I highly recommend moving the table in the middle of the front room with two people carefully it is glass on the top. I don’t believe there is one negative thing about this place. They are still sprucing up a few things here and there, but it was not noticeable. The only thing that I had to do was put the Roku remote on my phone because I couldn’t find it. That was an easy fix. When you arrive, there is a little steep driveway. Don’t be scared of it. I took my truck on it in and out. It’s not as bad as it looks. All in all this place was exactly what I needed and felt safe with staying here with my four children by myself. The owners made it very easy along with being very sweet with texting back-and-forth the information on arriving and departing. I appreciate y’all.

Beautiful, cozy and perfect for a family trip

Me and my family stayed here with our dog and we loved it! The decoration is amazing! I love every single detail, especially the seats with the bike pedals and the helm on the back porch. The view from the back porch is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The facilities are great and the host was very friendly. The location is perfect! It's in a peaceful area and only 10 min to downtown and hikes. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property! Amazing views. 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with huge ensuite. Spotlessly clean. Located in a beautiful area. BBQ available for use on balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer available to use. We stayed as 2 couples travelling from the UK and found this the perfect property for our stay. Special mention to the lady we met who was cleaning the apartment as we arrived, she couldn’t have been more helpful and she was defiantly a credit to the property.

Nice getaway.

Very clean with great Nautical decor. We stayed in D. Which is in the middle and level with parking. Just bring your food, personal items and a hair dryer. You are set. Plenty of fun things to do and great restaurants. We recommend The Fisherman's Wharf. Will stay again! Thanks

Exceptional

My family loved this property. Nephew took advantage of the fishing dock and caught plenty of fish. Quiet location with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy. The owner stayed in touch and responded promptly if I had a question. Will definitely stay again here or any of his other properties.

Michael is an amazing host, I'm here for a death in the family and when things didn't go as planned he was there to help add a couple more nights both last minute without any hesitation.
