The apartment is located in the historic heart of the village and features a garden offering an exceptional panoramic view all the way to the sea.
Located 15 km from the beaches, the village enjoys a unique setting on the French Riviera, nestled between the sea and the mountains. This location allows you to enjoy both the sea (with the lively coastal atmosphere) and the Nice hinterland as well as the Grasse region (with its hilltop villages and hiking trails).
30 minutes from Nice Airport and 45 minutes from Monaco and the Italian border.

A 50 m² dual-aspect apartment on the first floor of a village house, comprising:
1 living area with separate kitchen, dining, and living sections
1 bedroom with 1 new 140 cm bed
1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
Please note: There are a few parking spots near the apartment, but as in most villages in the region, the access streets are very narrow! For larger cars, it is recommended to park in one of the parking lots at the village entrance and walk to the apartment to get your bearings (before venturing in by car!).
200-square-meter garden with an exceptional panoramic view (from Nice to Cap d’Antibes). It is furnished with a table, chairs, and 2 lounge chairs.
Please note that it is located directly across from the apartment (separated by a cul-de-sac with little traffic).

Wi-Fi, TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher (sets 8), induction cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer.

The property was very comfortable with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The charming village setting was an ideal base to explore the area with a choice of restaurants; a small grocery store, bakery and butchers. The owner was prompt answering our queries. Car access to the property is not advised, although there are plenty of places to park towards the bottom of the village. A very pleasant and enjoyable trip and we would not hesitate to book again.

We had such a nice hiking vacation in this well-equipped appartment with a lovely little garden with an amazing view. Eliane gave us a warm welcome and is a perfect host.
