About this house rental
In the commune of St-Cast-Le-Guildo, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 65 m² house for rent, entirely renovated by an interior designer and tastefully decorated, ideally located in the popular La Garde district and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers. The living room and dining room open onto the garden, and the wood-burning stove adds warmth and coziness to the modern ambience (some logs are provided for the first fire). The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, as well as a free, secure storage area for your bicycles or other shopping. Free internet connection, flat-screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher and garden furniture.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
First floor :
- 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- An open kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with bathtub, vanity unit and heated towel rail
- Separate WC
1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: Mezzanine bedroom ( not closed ) with two single beds.
Outside :
- 100 m² enclosed garden with parking space
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, garden furniture...
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment 300 m from the beach, with its small port, coastal paths and seven fine sandy beaches !
Activities :
- The beach is just 300 m away, with numerous water sports activities: paddle, surf, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings, etc.
- Cap Fréhel, an impressive site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs tower 70 meters above the sea, 30 mn away by car.
- Fort la Latte, 35 minutes away by car.
- Saint-Malo, 45 minutes by car: beaches, old town, ramparts, etc.
- Hikes around the Rance valley, where mills, malouinières and fishing villages punctuate the landscape.
- Cancale, 50 minutes away by car: discover the oyster beds or the Ferme Marine, taste seafood products, visit the Musée des Arts et Traditions Populaires, etc.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful :
- Nearest train station : Dinan, about 35 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport : Rennes Bretagne, about 1h30 by car.
