About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you, in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming 40 m² flat with a sea view and less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift) of a residence with golf course, it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Bed linen and towels included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, corner sofa, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Shower room and WC
Outside :
- A 40 m² terrace with sea view and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe station, about 33 minutes (29.4 km) by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne airport, about 1h19 (96.8 km) by car
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included

- A dog or cat is accepted free of charge in the accommodation (only one pet per stay)
- Lift accessible by a few steps
- The railing on the terrace is not suitable for small children. To avoid any risk of falling, do not take them onto the terrace.

Breath taking views from the apartment and very large terrace.Spotlessly clean and very cosy. Very easy and plentiful parking. Just a few minutes walk from a lovely beach.We had a wonderful time.
