The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

We loved our stay at Tidewater. The views from the balcony were beautiful no matter the time of day. Check in and check out was extremely easy, and everyone that worked at Tidewater was friendly. There were a couple negatives though. The floors needed swept because there was sand in every room. They also hadn't been mopped because our feet were dirty within minutes of being there. The one couch really could use a cleaning also. Besides those two things our experience great and we would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the property but the elevators are a big problem. Also didnt like the Beach in front of the property is taken up by Rental Chairs so had to walk to either side to sit out on the Beach, Overall enjoyec oir stay..

We stayed at this condo for the 4th of July week. The condo itself (tidewater) was very large and the elevator situation was an absolute nightmare. We would wait 30-45 for an elevator most times as the unit was on the 26th floor. Every time you were in a elevator expect to be crammed in with atleast 8-10 other people. The room itself was overall as expected. Nice view on the 26th floor but the floors were sand covered upon arrival. The living room and bunk room tv didn’t work sent a request and was not responded all week. Overall we made the best out of the vacation but will not be visiting Tidewater condo again.
