Luxury throughout! Beautiful updated condo on the beach! New mattresses and furniture. Indoor and outdoor pool, theater and arcade. Restaurant on site and covered parking garage. Easy walking distance to Pier Park. Wake up and have coffee on your private balcony while watching dolphins!
This is not your usual investor owned property-this is our family's vacation home we share with friends and our guests. We take pride in it and we want you to enjoy it as well. You can expect our home to be to fully equipped, updated, and clean...and if there is any issue, we want to know and we'll fix it. The TVs are highest quality 4k, name brand and huge (we love our football and baseball); the mattresses are new and incredibly high quality; and the remodeled kitchen with quartz waterfall has everything from air fryer and crockpot to a full set of utensils and cutlery. We leave four new beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. Also for your convenience there’s a high chair and pack and play. I hope your family loves it as much as ours does!

Condo 1210 BEDROOM 3 BATH at Tidewater is so clean. All beds are very comfortable. The view from this unit is amazing. The staff at the facility were friendly and accommodating. The host is very responsive. The pools were well maintained with a DJ on site and a tiki bar made the atmosphere so fun and relaxing and if you need peace and quit the other pool equally large is available as well. Our stay here was everything you need for a vacation on the BEACH!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was incredibly clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. It was stocked with everything we could think of, which made our vacation so much easier and more enjoyable. The amenities were fantastic, and we truly felt at home.Becky was an outstanding host! She was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.The only downside was the elevators. They could be slow, and during peak times we waited anywhere from 10–20 minutes to get one. However, it's worth noting that several elevators are currently being renovated, so this is temporary and completely outside of the host's control.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again!

The unit was beautiful and fully equipped with quality materials and finishes. The beds were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. Would definitelyrecomend this unit. It is listed as a three bedroom on VRBO, but it is actually 2 bedrooms with a hallway that has bunk beds, which was no big deal for us. Also, the Condo Company charges a parking fee. Even though this is actually a two-bedroom which would allow for two parking spaces, I was able to pay for a parking fee for a three bedroom and got three parking spaces. One elevator was down in the building, so we did wait a long time for the elevator, and that made check-in and check-out chaotic, but this review is for the unit itself, which was excellent.

The condo was clean and comfortable. I was not too happy about extra parking fee I was informed about on our ride to the beach. It was not listed in online description nor was it in the pre-payment. Your should really list all charges upfront. Not to mention the cost of the parking fee was based on how many bedrooms in the condo (not the # of cars parking).
