This comfortable studio offers direct beach access via our boardwalk, ocean sunset views from the patio, and a prime location within walking distance of beach bars, restaurants, and local attractions.
Ideal for couples or solo travelers (accommodates up to 3), the space is designed for simplicity and convenience — perfect for guests who want to be close to the beach and island energy without unnecessary extras.

- Optional floor mattress for a third guest
- Air conditioning
- Fast Wi-Fi
- Smart TV
- Kitchenette for light meals
- In-unit washer for added convenience
- Large windows bring in natural light and ocean views,
Guest Access & Shared Amenities:
- Guests have private access to the entire studio, along with shared access to:
- Direct beach access
- Shared garden, where fresh local fruit is often available

Perfect location for us! We wanted easy access to see the planes coming in and it could not have been more perfect. Close to taxis and buses. Hosts were excellent at communicating. Friendly staff, would recommend!!

The location was very good. Located right by the Sunset Beach Bar and the arrival of the planes. The unit, itself, was great. Roomy for two. Nice patio area to watch the planes. The people that work in the building were very obliging and hospitable.
