Vera is a superb host. Extremely accommodating. The unit is very much as advertised and is well supplied. The location is very central to the airport, the Maho strip, two restaurants we always dine at, Moulin Fou and Jax. The grounds and pool are superb. Safety is without question. Will be back for sure

We love Maho beach and always stay at La Terrasse. We enjoyed staying with Mrs Vera and are very grateful she hosted us. The condo is clean, fully stocked and well maintained. The sleeper sofa couch was the best our daughter has slept on during all stays in SXM. Most of them you can feel the springs. Mrs Vera always checked in and made sure everything was going smooth. We always travel with our very well behaved small shihtzu dogs. She treated them like family and welcomed them with open arms. If you do bring your fur baby, keep in mind that they have to be small and can not be around the pool or garden area. We always drove to a park or walked them around the golf course. I am mentioning this because I hope all guests follow the rules so we can continue to bring them. We appreciate your hospitality and are looking forward to staying with you again. Thank you! 10 stars

Clean unit and building! Soft bathroom towels. Comfy bed. Easy and quick check-in (4:30 pm on a Wednesday). Host, Vera, was very responsive. Excellent inventory of supplies/equipment in unit. It is as advertised.
