100-square-meter apartment in a historic villa: Am Heiligen Brunnen, Quedlinburg

We’d like to invite you to our charming, stylish Wilhelminian-style villa from 1908 in the UNESCO World Heritage city of Quedlinburg. From the spacious 100-square-meter apartment, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the park with its old plane trees right in front of our house.
Free parking is available right in front of our villa, which is located on the edge of the historic old town, just a short 10-minute walk from the market square in the center.

Our apartment, freshly renovated in 2021, is now ready! Our children have moved out, so we have plenty of space for guests.
Our apartment occupies the entire first floor of our house (100 square meters all to yourself!) and features a spacious, light-filled living room with two comfortable sofas, an antique display cabinet, a dining area for up to 6 people, a sideboard with a TV, a stereo system, a Wi-Fi router, and an extensive selection of books and games for all ages. This room is combined with a romantic sleeping area featuring a queen-size bed, a writing desk, and a wardrobe.

In the second room, the bay window room—which also overlooks the park—you’ll find a second large double bed (200 x 200 cm) as well as a cozy seating area in the bay window with two armchairs and a small table, plus a fold-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a dresser for your clothes, and shelves with a large collection of mystery novels. Travel magazines and plenty of informational material to inspire your excursions are available for you.

The solid-wood kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a modern stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Of course, it also includes everything you need for cooking, such as pots and pans, dishes, and silverware, etc.
Children’s tableware is also available!
A modern, bright bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a new sink, and a toilet rounds out the vacation rental. Body wash, hand sanitizer, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for your use.

A crib and a high chair are available upon request.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a supermarket with a fresh food counter offering meat, cold cuts, cheese, and salads. The bakery offers a wide selection of bread rolls and cakes.

You’ll also find a hair salon, a pet store, a pharmacy, a Sparkasse ATM, and an electric car charging station in the Weyhegarten shopping arcade.
