The home is connected to an open lot, offering privacy and a playground in the summer and winter. Families traveling with children will appreciate the quiet and flat streets in the area, providing a safe and peaceful environment for little ones to play and explore. A raised deck with patio furniture, hot tub, and a gas BBQ, lends itself to outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. Inside, the home has smart TV's where you can access Netflix, Prime, and other apps. There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.
The cleaning fee includes linens, towels, and spa cleaning. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.
Nightly rent plus fees of 12% tax, cleaning fee, reservation fee, and vacation rental damage protection plan, are required on all rentals.

The place was great! There was room for my 3 tweens, as well as, my older parents. Everyone had a place to go and relax. The house was well stocked. Communication with the property manager was timely and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

We found the clubhouse to be very well stocked, clean and modern. Overall a very comfortable experience. It's also in a prime location, with few neighbors, trails within walking distance and Tahoe City only a short drive. I would definitely stay here again!

The house met our needs very well. Julie Weed's message that we could check in early and have a later check out was very helpful with 3 grand kids under 3 yrs old. The window box fans came in real handy due to the heat. Place was very clean, organized, and well stocked with dinner ware, utensils, tissue, etc.
