This property is on the third floor of building 3 at the Longboat Key Resort. Even before we arrived the condo, owner, Garey, was very accommodating. He met us upon our arrival. We were glad we had a chance to meet him in person. The condo was exceptionally clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Although the weather was absolutely horrible, the accommodations were exceptional. We especially enjoyed the westward-facing balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The sunset views on the days that were not cloudy. we would definitely recommend this property for those people seeking a relaxing, beautiful and clean place to reside while in the Sarasota/Longboat Key area. The place is well kept, lovely and perfect for a getaway in paradise. The frozen drinks look yummy out by the pool! Everyone is so nice and pleasant.

The property is dated and needs some upgrades. The washer and dryer are a plus and the view and location are unbeatable. There is no access at all to the longboat key club which is a shame since it would be so convenient to be able to use the restaurants instead of having to leave the property. The pool and beach are available to you .but that is all. We have friends in a condo nearby so we spent a lot of time there . We will return to Longboat Key but like having the comforts of home .
