Nice location directly across from Lido Beach pavillon, concession stand, restrooms, and outdoor showers. Also, close to famous St. Armands Circle which has restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc. Kayak rental is available on the Key. This 1 BR, 1 BA is fully equipped as well as the kitchen. King-size bed and sofa sleeper, sleeps 4. Two TV's, DVD player, cable, and internet. Beach items: Tommy Bahama beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrella. Sand toys, noodles and kite for kids. Heated pool surrounded by a brick-paver deck, lanai, washrooms, umbrella tables, lounge chairs and gas grills. Laundry facilities on site.

Me and my wife loved the place. The location was excellent and everything was furnished. A great place to be able to have family come visit while on vacation.

This was a great location across the street from the beach ; plus, it had a beautiful heated pool. Our unit was very clean and was nicely decorated in a beach theme.

What this place has going for it is, location & the pool. The owner was nice to work with too. Otherwise, needs some major updating. Air conditioner outside of the room was rusty. The kitchen needs TLC. Microwave very small and some rust in the inside. Small refrigerator was very discolored and looked dirty, maybe just needs a coat of paint. Scratched pans need to be replaced. This unit would be ok for a few days, but for an extended period, would not recommend.
