About this house rental
New to the rental market this three story single family home in The Peninsula is ready for your vacation stay!
The first floor has a wonderful kitchen and dining area which is adjacent to the living room allowing for a gathering. Cook in the open kitchen and share a meal together! This floor also has a half bathroom and a den with a Queen sofa bed.
The second floor has the large Master Bedroom with a private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and a hall bathroom are also on this floor. The laundry room is located on the second floor for easy access. The top floor has another bedroom and full bathroom as well as a sitting area equipped with a futon and TV.
Take advantage of the numerous decks and the screened in porch or the outside patio with gas grill.

Outdoor Adult Heated Pool and Sauna, Family Sand Beach Wave Pool seasonal Nature Center, Walking Biking Paths, Trails, Bay Beach, Kayak & Paddle Board Rentals, Bike rentals for all sizes, Fishing Pier, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Basketball, Volleyball, Spa, Athletic Center, Dining, Peninsula Grill Restaurant with Bar and Poolside Bar, Snack Shack all Seasonal, Year round Clubhouse Events, Indoor and outdoor Dining with Fireplaces, Billiards Room, Wine Room, Outdoor Fire-pit, Bocce Ball Court, Golf Simulator, Pro Shop, Driving Range and Putting Green.
Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.
Pets are not permitted at this property
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
This property does not allow pets; Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

My family I absolutely love this house. It is very pretty very clean. The peninsula is amazing, especially if you have kids the pools are endless with things to do and there’s things for adults too. It’s very relaxing and so much to do for the kids outside.

This is our 3rd year staying at this property because we love the Peninsula, house, and property. Its spacious and well furnished. Love the new couch and living area improvements! Cant beat the Serenity Circle location.

We've stayed at many rental properties over the years and this was the most well-equipped. Even my 3 year old was singing "I love this house" within a day of our arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable (especially the master bedroom). Kitchen is great. LOVED the location -- especially Serenity Circle. The Peninsula is a fantastic vacation destination, especially for families. We loved the wave pool and adult pool, gym, and general grounds. The pool bar / Terrace Grille have great food and service. Only wish it was slightly closer to Rehobeth -- took about 30 - 35 mins during the week). Will be back!
