The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous home! The layout of the house was perfect for our group and everything was beautiful! The homeowners did a great job of making this home comfortable and user friendly and it was great to have bikes available. We had a lot of fun riding around this beautiful community and everyone was so friendly! The pool area was very crowded on the Holiday weekend, but lovely the rest of the week and we enjoyed the beach as well. I highly recommend vacationing here! (I would recommend eating off-site, though!)
