About this house rental
All new updates and furnishings! This spacious, coastal-themed home in The Peninsula has no everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway. We are conveniently located within biking distance to the pools, including the signature wave pool, full service spa, poolside Terrace Grille, gym/athletic center with 2 Peloton bikes, tennis/pickleball courts and the excellent clubhouse bar/restaurant.
Electric car charging in the garage, new stainless appliances, ping pong, beach chairs. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining friends or hosting family. The kitchen area is equipped with all the essentials to start and end your day; including brand new stainless steel appliances, pots/pans, coastal dishes, glasses, mugs and flatware, kids dishes, spices, Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, toaster/oven, and butler’s pantry with bar and stemware.
Upstairs you will find 3 well appointed and tastefully decorated bedrooms. Main bath has a large tiled shower w/ seat, separate toilet, his/her sinks and plenty of counter space. All upstairs bedrooms have either porch or patio access and and new ceiling fans installed.
There is a convenient upstairs laundry room with full size washer, dryer and utility sink.
The lower, garage/walk-in level is complete with the 4th generously sized queen bedroom. along with a privatefull bathroom, brick patio, game/roulette table, wet bar w/second living room, and 55inch smart TV.
***Guests must bring sheets, bath towels and beach towels unless opting in for a linen service to be arranged separately.
**Notes from Athletic Club to use the amenities***
**Daily or weekly passes to use the pools/fitness center/Athletic Club can be purchased at the Athletic Club front desk. **Renters and Unaccompanied Guests will not have access to the Athletic Club and Pools on Saturdays.
**Renters and Unaccompanied Guests are not allowed to access the Athletic Club before 10am, Sunday through Friday all year.

Fantastic property and area. It was extremely relaxing and the amenities were top notch and totally worth every penny. We had an amazing time and the owner was an A communicator. We definitely want to come back in the future.
