A Golfer's Paradise! Welcome to The Peninsula! From the moment you drive through the gated entrance into the community you will be ready relax, unwind and enjoy plenty of activities all without ever leaving the community. This well maintained home offers four bedrooms and three and a half full bathrooms. A large open living concept allows you to be able to enjoy the common areas. The large gourmet kitchen offers plenty of bar seating for a quick and easy meal, or enjoy the dining room area where you can seat 10 comfortably. The large living room is a cozy spot to relax and watch tv or just sit and talk. Off the living room you will find a screened in porch with a few chairs where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while reading your morning paper, or you can enjoy the large rear patio where you will find a gas grill with an additional large dining area with an outdoor firepit where you can enjoy a nice grilled meal or even enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the golden sunset . The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds each with two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.
