Venture out to excellent restaurants near Rehoboth Beach or dine at the Clubhouse after a round of golf onsite at the Jack Nicklaus designed Peninsula golf course. The resort has two outdoor pools, including a wave pool and slides for the kids, and an indoor pool, gym, and sauna with locker rooms. This home is secluded on a quiet street - a superb retreat no matter the season. Whether you’re winding down after a day of adventure or gearing up for new exploration, this serene spot offers a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy expansive open-concept living with high ceilings and loft, ideal for family and friends. The upgraded professional chef's kitchen features a large island, ample counter space, and a large pantry. ~ Off Season: 3-night minimum post Labor Day and Pre-Memorial Day.

~House Rules: No pets, smoking, or vaping is allowed.

~Linen and Supplies: A set of linen and towel included for each bathroom to start. Bring additional as needed for changes. Included are toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Beach towels are not provided.

~Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire stay.
