Bright 72 m² apartment located near the Sant Antoni market, in one of the liveliest neighbourhoods of Barcelona. It has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 single), a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and an independent and equipped kitchen.



It is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in two bedrooms and has several balconies: the living room, the main bedroom and the back bedroom.

Ideal for families, friends or medium-stay stays, this apartment combines comfort, functionality and an unbeatable location.



The apartment has three rooms: a double bedroom, two single rooms and a walk-in wardrobe, offering a practical and well-arranged space. It has a complete bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped independent kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals and enjoying your stay as if at home.



The living room is spacious and bright, equipped with air conditioning, as are two of the bedrooms, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The apartment has several balconies that bring natural light and ventilation: the living room and the main bedroom have a balcony overlooking Manso Street, while the back bedroom has a balcony overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, perfect for relaxing.



Its location is one of its main assets: a few steps from the Sant Antoni market, surrounded by trendy restaurants, tapas bars, speciality cafés and local shops. Moreover, it is very well served by the metro and buses, and is located just a few minutes from Paral·lel, Poble-sec, the Raval and the historic centre.

Please note the following important information before booking:



- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however replacement or change during your stay is not included.



- Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per booking. This is not guaranteed, clients must request it 24 to 48 hours in advance and if available, we will provide it.



-Additional traveller:

Each additional traveller not included in the booking will be charged £10 per night.



-Arrival outside of opening hours:


Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.

- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.



- It is FORBIDDEN to smoke under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having proof that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.



- Parties or gatherings are under NO circumstances PERMITTED. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
