Typical farm of the early twentieth century with old mosaic floors and wooden doors. Very bright and spacious. The modern decor is carefully combined with the historical elements and creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
It consists of a master bedroom with double bed King Size, another bedroom with two single beds, large kitchen / dining room with sofa bed, bathroom and extra toilet.
Large private terrace of 35m2 with views over Barcelona ideal to relax, sunbathe or have breakfast.
The whole apartment is absolutely prepared for your stay. Kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped. Master bedroom with Queen Size bed (1,60x2m) and latex mattress. Linens and towels included.
It has satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, heating and elevator.
Cot available upon request.
The apartment is located in a large inner courtyard that gives tranquility in the middle of the activity of the charming and full of life Barrio de Sant Antoni, in the very center of the city. The area has all the shops, necessary services and leisure offer for a perfect stay. It is recommended to enjoy the wide variety of bars, restaurants and fashion shops that the famous Barcelonés district offers.
In the same neighborhood we find the historic Mercat de Sant Antoni, one of the most important and oldest in the city, where you can try and buy typical local food and interact with the inhabitants of the city and the local culture.
The location stands out for its good communication with all parts of the city. The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the metro stations St. Antoni, Poble Sec and Rocafort which gives access to three different lines of the metro, therefore to all the different parts of the city comfortably.
It is located just 15 minutes walk from the city center, Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Plaza Universitat and Plaza España, where the fairgrounds are located.
It is also very close to the port of Drassanes and the Parc de Montjuïc.
Very good connectivity with El Prat Airport since it has an Aerobus stop.
If you come by your own car we can reserve you on request a covered covered parking 24h for € 20 / day.

Un très bon séjour. L’appartement a le charme de l’ancien tout en étant propre. L’hôte est agréable et disponible et s’exprime parfaitement en Français.

Ein großes Lob an die Gastgeber. Ein sehr netter Empfang und persönliche Betreuung durch Josep. Die Wohnung liegt in einer guten und zentralen Lage. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Lokale direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung, die einen tollen Flair hatten und preislich ok waren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Ulf, Ulrike mit Adina

Nice clean apartment. No personal touches tough like tablecloth or place mats. Waited 2 days for extra sheets and blankets. Terrace was very nice but outside the apartment. You needed keys to go back and forth. Needs new iron and ironing board. Fridge could be bigger. TV missing appropriate plugs that we had to supply. Beds comfortable and great AC. 2 Bathrooms one with toilet only the other with toilet and bathtub with shower. Great location only a few minutes from major subway. Only minutes from all attractions. Plenty of grocery stores around.
