About this house rental
11 acre private lake with 3 BR, 2 1/2 bath 2800 sq ft home. Large furnished deck with outdoor dining and grill overlooks lake. Kayaks/small rowboat and life jackets available for use. Bring your fishing pole. Ten miles from Mt Ida. 26 miles from Mena. Close to the 1.5 mile Serendipity Hiking trail. 40 minutes from Wolf Pen Gap ATV Trails. BR #1 - 1 King, BR#2 - 1 Queen +1 bunk bed, BR#3 - 2 single over full size bunk beds. Living room sofa has queen bed. (house can sleep 12 - Nightly fee of $375 is for 4 people, $25 additional fee for each person, each night ) Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, flatware, bakeware and pots and pans. Coffee maker and blender. Convection oven, microwave and gas stove.

We had an overall great stay. The location and setting were wonderful. The house was clean, and the check-in process was great. We did have a small issue with the water to the house. It would work for a while and then stop working for a while. It didn't cause any major issues just a little bit inconvenient at times. We spoke to the host, but I don't think there was much they could do to resolve it over the weekend. Overall great stay.

This property is awesome. My family had the best time visiting and hanging out. The kids enjoyed the lake swimming and playing. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially if your kids are like mine and love to be in the water.

Very peaceful and beautiful location. The lake was wonderful, and we enjoyed the kayaks. There were lots of birds, even a piliated woodpecker. There is plenty of space.
