Well located, spacious apartment in a quiet residential area close to the beach. Very well equipped. Communication in English with host pleasant and easy, e.g. via WhatsApp.
Two beautiful sandy beaches, each 10min easy walk. Other exceptionally beautiful sandy beaches with snorkeling rocks within 10 to 30 minutes by car. Super clear water. Fantastic hiking areas within 30 minutes to 1.5 hours by car. Many supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants within 15 minutes by car, 2 minutes on foot in low season. Tortoli with interesting town center, Arbatax e.g. fresh fish canteen in the harbor.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
It was clean, fridge and washing machine were good quality, the air conditioning helped cool down on a hot day. The outdoor shower was very helpful for getting the sand off of the kids before they went in to the apartment. The location being just a few walking minutes away from the best view of the sunrise was a super bonus.
All in all, we were happy with our stay there and would gladly come back.

The property has been recently renovated and has all comforts needed for a 2-week stay with the family! Washing machine, oven, air conditioning and an outside shower. Possibility also to barbecue. Parking right outside, 10 minutes walk from Porto Frailis beach. Bar and restaurant 2 mins walk away. Excellent communication with the host. Overall, excellent value for money in a superb location.
