About this house rental
Holiday home located in a small stone residence with beautiful sea views, consisting of: large kitchen/living room (in which there is a sofa bed which, if desired, increases the number of beds from 5 to 6), a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (with 1 single bed + 1 bunk bed), internal bathroom, closed external bathroom complete with everything, panoramic front terrace with outdoor dining table and sofas, independent and private garden perfectly fenced; Car entrance, parking and brick barbecue in the common area still inside the property which then leads to the private area via a pedestrian gate.
The house is equipped with new mosquito nets in all windows, WI-FI, TV, AIR CONDITIONING, fans, oven, microwave oven, kitchen utensils with everything you need, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc.
The area enjoys both excellent sea views and views of the mountains, the Nuraghe and the Saracen Tower; it is surrounded by greenery and very quiet, ideal for those who want a little relaxation.

*the nearest main beach is "FOXI MURDEGU"

the linen service is only available on request and is not included in the price; has rates that vary according to the beds requested and the service: (double kit 30 €: everything you need for the sheets of the double bed + 2 shower towels + 2 medium towels + 2 underwear towels; single kit 15 €: everything you need for the single bed sheets + 1 shower towel + 1 medium towel + 1 underwear towel);
