About this villa rental
Family friendly, split level floor plan in a South Forest Beach gated complex which allows privacy while still offering a great view of the ocean and also has a new on site pool for 2024. Unit 29 is just steps to the beach and has a covered carport, full size washer/dryer in the laundry room, two family areas - one on second floor main living area next to the kitchen and another downstairs adjacent to the twin bedroom. After hours in the surf, vacationers can dip into the newly constructed freshwater pool located in the courtyard. This property has a pedestal mounted charcoal grill just off of the first floor patio. Hilton Head Beach Villa 29 is located in a gated community and has easy access to the villa with a ground floor entrance and a carport. It has a fully equipped kitchen along with 3 full baths, wireless internet, and a lovely outdoor dining space on the patio. Hilton Head Beach Villas is a small quiet complex that makes for a perfect relaxing vacation. King in the primary bedroom, queen in bedroom 2 and 2 twins downstairs in bedroom 3. Among the amenities offered throughout the Island, Hilton Head Beach Villa 29 is located within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. You can also visit the New Lowcountry Celebration Park which has quickly become quite popular with both tourists and locals alike.

Perfect for a Family of 6. One bathroom issue and definitely needs another outside trash can, but we stay at this complex every chance we get.

Our family (three young kids) had a fantastic week here. Too many highlights to list all, but we particularly enjoyed the newly updated pool, the proximity to the beach and the proximity to bike paths. We rented bikes from a place just across the street. Everything was extremely convenient. Thank you!

We booked directly thru Seashore and saved significantly, great to deal with too. House was clean and exactly the space we needed so close to the beach and Coligny. The pool was clean and the grill on the patio was so nice to have! We will def book with Seashore next year!
