Located in Calabay Parc , Large 4 bed home with 3 full bathrooms, Sleeps 8 guests , Covered Lanai area to sit by pool night or day, rain or shine.
Pool and Spa, Full game room in garage.
Dining room, separate breakfast area, Open floor plan for living room, Master bedroom has king bed, Second room has queen bed with full bathroom.
Third room has queen bed , Fourth room with two twin beds that share bathroom.
washer and dryer, upgraded tvs, handicap wheelchair ramps, and master bathroom has been converted to be handicap wheelchair friendly , ramps to pool area.
Fully stocked with linens, dishes, towels.
Can be to Walt Disney World in about 22 minutes.
Cocoa Beach is only about a hour drive.
Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30 per day extra.. AC units can not be set below 72 degrees in summer time.

Everything was awesome. Would definitely love to stay here again. The only thing I would change is to be able to turn the air down a bit at night. But I understand why they don't allow that. But with being disabled this house was amazing!The walk in shower and shower chair and the bar by the toilet was so helpful. Our kids loved the pool. Beds were comfy. The host were quick to respond to any questions I had.They even let us have a late check out, which was definitely needed about 2 wks of park hopping.

Nice house with a pool. Everything was very clean. Had a problem with the AC, the property manager had a repair person out to the house within 2 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Got it fixed quickly, crisis averted. Very responsive propery manager.
