Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes basecamp! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium sleeps up to 8 and sits between The Village and town with a private hot tub and mountain views.



The Space:

Settle into a warm, easygoing retreat designed for relaxing after days on the mountain or trails. The main level features an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area that flow onto a sunny balcony with views of the pines and surrounding peaks. Gather on the sectional and loveseat by the fireplace for movie nights on the flat-screen TV (with BluRay DVD), or step outside to soak in the private hot tub and stargaze.

The kitchen offers updated black and stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. When it’s time to dine, there’s seating for 6 at the table. A washer and dryer make longer stays simple.



Bedrooms are spread across two levels for privacy, each with a flat-screen TV and BluRay DVD player. The overall vibe is comfortable and convenient—perfect for families and small groups looking to be close to Mammoth’s best.

• WiFi and cell service: Due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Parking: Two-car garage. Please park inside the garage or in the designated guest parking area; driveway parking in front of the garage is not allowed. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit.

• Hot tub: Use at your own risk. Children under 18 are not permitted to use the hot tub. Pregnant guests and those with heart conditions should avoid use.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

Communication with the manager was excellent! The spa on the balcony with the views was amazing. So much room for everyone. Parking was great. Close to the village and the shuttle was right there. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Three couples, each with their own bedroom and bathroom, two car garage, great communication with Grand Welcome Vacation Rentals, fabulous location, all led to a wonderful ski weekend. We will absolutely book this unit again!
