Welcome to Cedar Lodge—a cozy 2-bedroom + loft standalone home in the heart of Mammoth. Walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops, and local favorite John’s Pizza Works. Enjoy rare A/C, a warm pellet stove, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and RV/boat parking. Sleeps 8 with a king, two queens, and a bunk. Quiet, private, and perfectly located for year-round mountain adventures and easy access to everything Mammoth offers.
Enjoy a perfect layout for comfort and privacy! The upstairs features a spacious master bedroom, cozy loft, and full bathroom—ideal for relaxing after a day in Mammoth. Downstairs, you’ll find a bright, open kitchen and living room, plus a convenient bedroom and bathroom on the main level. Laundry is located on the first floor for easy access. Plenty of space for everyone to unwind and enjoy their stay!
Guests have full access to the entire home! The home is centrally located in Mammoth and just a short walk to bus and shuttle stops, making it easy to get around town and to the mountain. Relax and make yourself completely at home—every space is yours to enjoy!
• Walkability: The home is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and multiple bus/shuttle stops for easy access to the Village and the Mountain.
• Parking: Plenty of outdoor parking available, including space for trucks, trailers, RVs, or boats (seasonal).
• Snowy Conditions: In winter, 4WD/AWD and chains are strongly recommended. Snow removal is provided, but storms can create delays.
• Pellet Stove Instructions: The pellet stove is the primary heat source; please follow the provided instructions for safe use.
• Heating/Cooling: The home has wall heaters and rare Mammoth A/C for summer comfort.
• Two-Story Layout: Stairs are required to access the master bedroom and loft.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer are available on the first floor for guest use—please bring your own detergent if you have allergies or sensitivities.
• No Ski Gear on Carpet: Please store skis, boards, and boots in the laundry room on the boot mat to avoid carpet damage.
