About this apartment rental
This 2 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom condo sleeps 8 comfortably and is conveniently located in town and on the shuttle route. The condo is decorated in a warm and cozy mountain motif and features vaulted ceilings, a large open floorplan in the living area, wood-burning fireplace, and large screen TV with DVD player! This unit includes a full kitchen with all of the appliances, and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. This home also comes with a private washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are on the lower level, the master bedroom features a King bed with a private in-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed also with a private in-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and TV. Upstairs on the third story the loft features 4 Twin beds perfect for kids or singles. The third and final full bathroom is on the middle level and features a walk-in shower. The Mammoth Sierra Townhomes complex features a public pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gas grill. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 8 people, has 3 levels inside, there is 1 step to enter the ground level, 2 outdoor parking spaces, and no smoking is permitted. One pet is permitted. Check in was easy. The office was very responsive when we had questions. The unit was dated but clean and in good condition. a suggestion would be to replace the pillows in the bedroom. They are flat and hard. :-)

We were traveling as a group (three Mom’s and four teen boys two small dogs). The condo worked great for us. Close to store and conveniently located. We enjoyed our time and would highly recommend. There were a few small things broken that I reported but besides that all was amazing.

Cozy place in great location, but amenities were less than spectacular - arrived to discover that there was no hot water! Maintenance was receptive and came out a few times, but said it could not be fixed until the morning. If not for my uncle, we would have been without hot water all night. And then a few days later, the wall heater (which looks to be a million years old) stopped working and we had to have someone come out and address it. At the conclusion of our stay, I reached out to management and instead of apologizing and offering a discount or something of that nature, they simply said they would speak to the staff, which did not address any of my our problems, as it was not the fault of the maintenance staff, and decent customer service would have offered the customer something for all the inconvenience.
