This is the sweetest house it is so incredibly spacious with just a lovely vibe, with awesome balconies! The bathrooms are luxurious and the location is wonderful. There’s a little Mexican restaurant up the street, it was a perk to walk to lunch or dinner from the house. The 2 car garage is big and really just perfect if it’s snowing! The management was super responsive. We will be staying here again for sure.

Great place to stay for a family. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and living area. Kitchen was fantastic for home cooked meals. Location was excellent with proximity to all Mammoth has to offer. Garage and driveway were a little tight for an SUV but we made it work. All in all, very positive experience.

Let's start from the beginning...The condo looks new and is in a great location, pretty close to the village. Check-in time was at 4 pm. We arrived around 4:20 pm and somebody was still at the property changing the bed sheets. Upon entry, the place looked fairly clean, but as we got situated we noticed it actually was not as clean as we thought. There were spider webs on light fixtures, dust on the blinds, random toys and food particles under the sofas, a collection of hair behind the door in the master bath, a piece of cereal on the window sill in the dining room, a very dirty grill outside with dried up chili peppers both on the grill, around it, and on the extra gas tank. On one of the nights, we ran out of hot water because one person showered and we ran a load of laundry. The property manager offered to send a plumber out the following morning but by then the hot water supply was back. The 2 mattresses in the loft only had mattress protectors covering them and no sheets! The property has so much potential and I'd say it was great if it was actually taken care of properly. Also, before submitting this review I included all of these points in a text to the manager, and she didn't even respond.
