Basecamp stunning Front Range views

A large group of us stayed here for a graduation at CU. It was a beautiful location was a gorgeous mountain view, and had very large public space (including the kitchen) in the house-- great for parties. The house is about 20 mins from Boulder and 35 mins from Denver or the airport. It is was perfect for us that none of the bedrooms are designed for children (no bunk or twin beds -- all queen or king). The master suite is fabulous.

The descriptions and pictures of this property were lacking and it was hard to obtain specific details. The overall setting is tranquil and rural, which was nice, but the back yard is Astroturf and so not very inviting, and neither is the decor. Please be aware two rooms have en suite bathrooms and one additional bathroom is shared between two bedrooms. This leaves only one of the four bathrooms for communal use. I would say this venue is better for large functions that simply require a big space and it fit our needs perfectly in that regard, including a huge entertainment/break-out room upstairs, except for the sort of sterile feel of the house and yard.

Sort of a funky spot- but it worked for our needs. Country spot out in the boonies- for us a thanksgiving hideaway

This home was perfect for our Christmas holiday celebration. I have handicapped family members and the one level open layout was just what we needed. Thank you so much!
