Located 2 minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium, 4 minutes from Eskenazi Hospital, and a half mile from the Indianapolis Zoo, your unit offers a full kitchen and bathroom. Directly across the street from a small shopping center with major franchises Little Caesar's Pizza, Taco Bell, and a Dollar General grocery store for your shopping and eating convenience.
Be a good neighbor: Please be respectful of our neighbors and community and keep noise to a minimum. No Open Flames or Candles Indoors: Safety is always top priority. Please do not burn candles or have any open flames inside the home. No parties or events without prior approval and event fee payment. We have zero tolerance party policy. We ask that you respect and follow this house rule. We reserve the right to terminate the booking early and/or retain the security deposit if this rule is broken. No pets allowed: We have a zero-tolerance policy for pets. Please keep your furbabies safe with a sitter while you enjoy our home! No smoking allowed: For the health and safety of our guests and our home, we have a strict no smoking policy. Trash is located in the back of the parking lot and is dumped every Tuesday Morning. Please be sure to place the trash inside the bin if you are taking out your garbage. Other: Please alert us immediately if anything breaks or if there is any accidental damage during your stay.

Booked this apartment for a weekend stay to see the DCI World Championships. Perfect size for 5 people looking for a place to sleep and relax in between doing fun things around the city. The property manager kept in contact throughout the visit. Overall the stay was great, the apartment was clean and well maintained, and I would book it again.

Two friends and I came for GenCon and this place worked great. It's 1.5mi from the convention center so you can walk, take a cheap Lyft or use the bus stop right nearby. The kitchen equipment worked well and made it much easier to start our days well. The larger bed was enormous so you have plenty of space and could possibly fit a third person if you were really cozy.
It's worth noting that it's directly adjoining a loud road so if you're a light sleeper the larger room won't work as well. Also there weren't enough hooks/racks for hanging all of our bath towels at once, so we had to figure out where to put the later ones.
Nonetheless this place was great and we'd happily stay here again.

Everything looks like the pictures, very nice, clean everything including bathrooms ! Good Wi-Fi, tv mounted on the wall good for movies and host responded quickly if and when you need anything

In all fairness the property was improperly photographed. There was no screens in the windows in one of the bedrooms. That would be something I personally believe the property owner would see and be an immediate fix. Lack of communication on both ends. The batteries were out of the smoke detectors? Immediate safety hazard. Let alone, no clear instructions on check in and check out. There’s a lot that could have been improved. Hopefully for the next guests this will be addressed and taken care of.
