Great rental when staying in Indianapolis. Perfect location to the speedway and downtown. House felt brand new and very clean the bed was great. Would stay here again.

This home was so close to our conference, but far enough from downtown that it made it so relaxing to come back to after being gone all day. The neighborhood was clean and quiet and having a garage to park in was amazing. It was such a great stay and to not have to deal with all the commotion of downtown and a hotel full of people made this trip the best we have been in. Our host provided the house as it was listed on the aite and was easy to communicate with and checked in with us after arrival to make sure we had no issues. Will definitely look to book again next year and hopefully they have another one close by as we may have more coming on this trip next year. Recommend 100%!!!!!

The house is very clean and new. Location is in an older area that is being developed. Close to downtown. Hi ts for host...add a matrtress protector, put sheets on bed correctly so they fit the bed, have shampoo, soap and conditioner, have more baking pans for baking. And

Overall Review: This is a good stay with lots of space, if you have multiple people, but there was a few disappointments. Checking in was a breeze. We received the code and were able to get in without delay, which is really nice when you are tired from a long day of airport travel. The Kitchen facilities were decent, and had cleaning supplies to keep up after ourselves, but the placement and availability of tools were limited. We ended up ordering our own grater for some of the meals we were making, and leaving it there for other guests - It seemed like they needed it. The organization of the cabinets are a little disorienting, so we left the things we needed on the table if it was in use. The Wi-Fi started out great, it was fast and reliable, but it rapidly degraded in quality over time until the Smart TV became unusable due to the degredation in quality. If I had to guess, the bandwidth required for the many smart devices bog down the connections. All in all we had fresh towels that we could clean in the laundry room, but we noticed that their clean after each guest is... minimal. We found toys underneath the Oven range, dust, crumbs, and hair between the cracks and in the console in the couch, and evidence of trash left behind from previous guests (old water bottles and the like) All in all it didn't appear hazardous, but if you have allergies or issues related to health, I'd be a little careful.
