This property was originally an Up-and-Down duplex meaning there is an upstairs and downstairs unit and there is a common hallway between them - if certain group members want privacy, they can close the doors or leave them open so that guests can walk freely upstairs and downstairs. You will have full access to the fenced-in back/front yard area as well as two parking spaces in the back driveway (additional street parking in front of the house if needed). Downstairs living room has a 65-inch, and the upstairs living room has a 70-inch tv which both include Netflix, YouTube TV, Prime video. Washer and dryer with tide pods in laundry room.
