We enjoyed our stay at this location. The view was gorgeous and the house is settled in a very nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this location, I know we'll be back!

Overall, great place! The neighborhood is quiet with lots of joggers/bikers. Tons of restaurants within 5 miles. We saw manatee and iguanas in the canal behind the house. My mini daschund loved all the open/flowing space between the living room and sunroom. Master bathroom tub could use some updating. It's a little slippery and doesn't drain all that well. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub. The outside couch in the shade is perfect for hot/sunny days. We would stay here again. Cape Coral has everything and the weather is beautiful!

We arrived and had to contact the property manager as the refrigerator filter and a number of light bulbs in the kitchen were out, the primary bathroom tub did not drain (bathrooms are very old), I had to descale the keureg coffee maker, and dog poop was in the yard. I had to replace the batteries in the house entrance code box as the batteries were close to 'dead'. A number of the electric outlets didn't work, prints were put on the wall with the wrong hangers and fell off (during the night), the smoke detector in the kitchen went off every time we cooked, and on two occasions water entered the house through the door near the pool when it rained. Because there were usually only two of us at the house we used the second bathroom but if there was a larger group with the bathroom and outlet issues, this would not have been a good property to rent. Perhaps it's a place for a few night but not an extended stay.
