The interior boasts a bright, open-concept living space with vaulted ceilings and a completely remodeled, expansive, fully equipped kitchen, providing everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The heart of the home is the private, screened-in lanai, which includes:
A large heated pool
A bubbling hot tub
A pool table for friendly competition
An outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill
A relaxing lounge area with its own SmartTV
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: King-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and SmartTV.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with a SmartTV.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with a SmartTV.
Two full bathrooms are stocked with quality bath essentials.

Guests will receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience. The only exception is a locked owner's storage closet located in the hallway, which is not accessible to guests.

Check-in: The ID of the individual who made the booking is required at check-in.
Pets: We happily welcome dogs for a fee of $165 per stay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool Heating: Pool heat is available. The maximum temperature is set to 88°F. Please be aware that the water temperature will vary based on weather conditions, and it may take longer to heat on colder days. The heater does not run 24/7.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. You will be responsible for any additional items needed during your stay.
Security: For your safety and security, there are exterior security cameras on the property.
