Hello Mahi is a great fit for pet owners and small families looking for a waterfront escape close to the beach.
Visit nearby Cape Harbour's marinas, shopping, and dining, or head out to the popular Gulf Coast beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Captiva. For a change of pace, walk through the mangroves and spot local wildlife at Four Mile Cove Eco Cove, just down the road.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV. En-suite bathroom, shower/tub combo.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds.
- Guest Bathroom: Shower/tub combo.
Through the private entrance, find a cozy living space with a Smart TV. The well-stocked kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for easy homemade meals during your stay, plus counter seating. The formal dining table sits 6 and another table in the sunroom sits an additional 4 people. The bright and open sunroom is drenched in natural light and overlooks the pool deck. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the home.
Step outside to enjoy the private electric heated pool and spa, framed by waterfront canal views. Take the 2 kayaks or fishing poles out for fun on the water. Hop on one of the 3 adult bikes or 2 kid bikes for a ride around the neighborhood. In the evening, fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy a waterfront meal with the outdoor table on the deck. There's also a cozy outdoor couch for relaxing by the pool. Pool floats, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are all provided.

- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Dog-friendly! With prior approval only and a pet cleaning fee. No cats allowed.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in the reservation.

This property was everything we could ask for and more. Florian the property manager was incredible. Got back to us almost immediately for any questions we had. We felt like we were at home.

We arrived and had to contact the property manager as the refrigerator filter and a number of light bulbs in the kitchen were out, the primary bathroom tub did not drain (bathrooms are very old), I had to descale the keureg coffee maker, and dog poop was in the yard. I had to replace the batteries in the house entrance code box as the batteries were close to 'dead'. A number of the electric outlets didn't work, prints were put on the wall with the wrong hangers and fell off (during the night), the smoke detector in the kitchen went off every time we cooked, and on two occasions water entered the house through the door near the pool when it rained. Because there were usually only two of us at the house we used the second bathroom but if there was a larger group with the bathroom and outlet issues, this would not have been a good property to rent. Perhaps it's a place for a few night but not an extended stay.
