INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

An external staircase leads to the entrance of the apartment. The living area features a bright lounge with a double sofa bed, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with gas burners, fridge/freezer, oven and air conditioning. The double bedroom is comfortable and quiet, with spacious wardrobes. The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine. All interiors are designed to offer functionality and comfort throughout the year.

Payments & Security Deposit

A security deposit will be required upon arrival and blocked on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present and in the guest’s name). The amount will be automatically released after check-out (release times depend on your bank). Any damage or rule violations may result in deductions from the deposit.

Booking Details

Online Check-in & Contract

After booking, guests must complete the online check-in by uploading ID documents and a selfie for each guest. Personal data is processed in compliance with the GDPR. A tourist rental contract must be signed (in Italian); a courtesy English version will be provided.

Key Collection

Keys and documents are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the dedicated bags and dispose of all waste properly before departure.
