A security deposit is required at check-in and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s physical credit card. The amount will be automatically released after departure; processing times depend on the guest’s bank. Any damages or breaches of house rules may result in partial or total deductions from the deposit.

FINAL CLEANING AND BASIC SERVICES

The cost of final cleaning and the initial linen set is not included in the base price and will be charged separately. Additional linen changes are available on request.

BOOKING DETAILS

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

Online check-in is mandatory and requires uploading documents and a selfie for each guest. All data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed; an English courtesy copy can be provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Guests must use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
