It was a decent house for what we paid but as mentioned above, the whole experience was not aa expected.
The communication with the host was very very poor and although we have agreed on some details - i.e. deposit, check in hour, etc - in the end they did not consider what we initially discussed. First, when we made the reservation on booking, it was clearly mentioned that the house has as facilities bed linens and towels and that a deposit of 300eur shall be retained upon check in. However, after the host confirmed the reservation, they informed us that we either pay 20euros per pers for linens and towels or we personally come with them. Also, after chech in, they told us that the deposit should be 400euros and not 300euros. Further on, we have agreed to check in a little bit earlier if the house is empty - the host confirmed on chat that he is ok with this and no extra charge will be due but 2 days before our arrival, fhey said that we have to pay 35euros in case we want to check in 2-3 hours earlier (even though the house was empty and that on booking the surcharge was mentioned only for late check ins after 10pm). In the end, we waited in front of the house as the host did not want to come earlier although we have agreed from the beginning to check in a little bit earlier as the house was empty. The house itself looks nice but there are no basic things such as toilet paper (the host had it in its car and gave us 2 pieces only after we requested it), there are no trash bins in the toilets (although in case you throw something in the toilet you will be penalised), dish washer, the house was smaller than it looked in the pictures and it has an interior stair which is very uncomfortable and narrow. Although we tried to discuss with the host all these communication erros, he refused to acknowledge and said everytime that there was an error, a miscommunicarion, etc :). You also have to pay electricity and there are specific penalties mentioned in the contract (and not on booking) - such as, e.g., dont leave any unwashed dishes in the sink.
