House built in granite block populated area saw variety of native trees such as oaks and ash trees.
Located in a privileged geographical position, just 45 minutes from Madrid and the airport, is a magnificent place to visit places of tourist interest in the non-coastal Spain, with places like El Escorial, Segovia, Avila, Toledo and Salamanca.
The house is arranged on a plot of 2. 500m2 and the area is 250m2 square built around his splendid living room of 85m2 and four meters high, has fireplace, and has huge windows that communicate and allow you to enjoy this immediate nature of these natural places as meanings of the Sierra de Madrid.
The plot has a lush garden with pool, large native trees themselves, barbecue and relaxation area with hammocks and parasols.
A 7 km is El Escorial, where numerous restaurants, bars and cafes and all kind services such as ATMs, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor ,, trade, etc.
Ideal setting for hiking also being surrounded by walking paths on foot or by bike. It exists in the vicinity proposals hipica

We had a great 3-week stay during Christmas. Host Joaquin was very hospitable and remained on call for any requests. We loved the quiet surroundings, nature walks, and the lovely house.

We had a fantastic stay at this home.... I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing break away with everything you could possibly need.

We've just returned from a lovely holiday in Joaquin's house. Beautiful, just beautiful; Joaquin couldn't have been more helpful or accomodating. I'd highly recommend.

This is a beautiful house about ten minutes drive from El Escorial monastery. There is an enormous sitting/dining room with a large terrace and several seating areas, each with comfortable chairs and sofas. The garden is very unusual and pretty; a large rock is the central feature, a pool one side and lawns on the other and there is plenty of comfortable garden furniture.
There are three bedrooms; a double and twin upstairs and a small double downstairs, each bedroom has a bathroom next door. The showers and hot water worked well.
It was a pleasure to meet Joaquin - he is friendly, civilized and accommodating. He kindly emailed us in English as our Spanish is almost non-existent. The house is part weekend retreat for him and his family and part holiday let, as such it has the air of a stylish family home. It will suit those looking for a refined holiday. We divided our time between relaxation and visits to Segovia and Avila (both just under an hour away) and to El Escorial. Madrid is easily accessible but we didn't go there.
Staying here for six days was the highlight of our three week holiday and we hope to return.
