About this house rental
A house surrounded by nature, with all the amenities you need to travel with the whole family. Accommodates large groups. You can host your family or corporate events at this magnificent home.

Our accommodations are located within the Community of Madrid, where you’ll be able to enjoy peace and quiet and nature in the town of Santa María de la Alameda.
It’s a private home ideal for relaxation—so parties aren’t allowed—and it features all kinds of amenities to make you feel right at home.
As for the property’s capacity, it accommodates up to 16 people, who will find the following well-organized rooms inside:
A cozy living-dining room featuring a dining table with a set of chairs, next to a wrought-iron wood-burning fireplace that will provide warmth. Opposite the table is the living room, which features a comfortable double sofa bed facing the cabinet housing the plasma TV, which is also visible from the dining area.
The kitchen is spacious and bright, featuring a countertop equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware you need to cook just like at home. Next to it is another functional countertop.
There are 2 full bathrooms, each equipped with all necessary fixtures, including bathtubs, for which we’ve provided several sets of towels.
5 spacious bedrooms, one of which has a double bed; the next two each have a pair of single beds; and the remaining rooms are quadruple rooms with single beds.
Outside, the house features:
A very spacious garden where you can enjoy the fresh air, and where we also have a barbecue.
A seasonal pool where you can enjoy a pleasant swim with the best views.
A security deposit of 150€ is required at check-in and can be paid via Bizum or any other method. This deposit will be refunded once it has been confirmed that the house is in perfect condition.
- Parties with loud music that disturb the neighborhood are not permitted.
- The building superintendent may stop by to check on the property if necessary.
- There are outdoor cameras.
- The security deposit will be refunded the day after checkout.
- There is an additional fee for extra guests, and they must be declared.
