Great condo. Especially for couple or family with young children. My wife and I liked having 2 bathrooms. Great location. 10 minutes walk to Pier Park. My wife and I walked there 3 times during our week stay to eat. Good variety of dining options. Good beach views. Big balcony with adequate furniture for relaxing. Large outdoor pools and indoor hot tub. I would highly recommend staying here. Owner answered several questions promptly before our stay.

The pictures on the VRBO site accurately depict the interior of the condo, however the disrepair of the balcony was not. The exterior walls, doors and the floor of the balcony all need to be pressured washed and repainted. The state of the balcony could have been overlooked had there been any effort to at least ensure the balcony was swept, the table wiped down and the cushions placed back properly on the outdoor couch.
Walking in the front door, we immediately noticed the pile of sand under the dresser located right by the front door and the filthy runner in the front hallway. As we continued to inspect the condo, we noticed more and more issues with the lack of attention to cleaning. The inside of the kitchen cabinets had crumbs inside of them as well as hair was in the cabinet where the storage containers are kept.The glasses, dishes, pots and pans were haphazardly thrown back into the cabinets and drawers. There were footprints on the living room floor, dust on the tv stand and the end table. The cushions in the sectional must have never been lifted because there was dirt, food crumbs, sand and an old remote under the sectional. The master bed had clean sheets but the master bathroom was obviously only surfaced cleaned because the floor was covered in hair and dirt. I took photos of all issues and sent them to the company. I cleaned enough to make our stay comfortable and the next vacationers will benefit from my efforts. Great way to start our vacation……NOT!
