Delightful apartment in a residential area of Santa Margherita Ligure surrounded by greenery.
The apartment, located on the ground floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a corridor that leads to the living area, consisting of a living room furnished with a sofa, a TV set, a dining table, a balcony, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and chest of drawers, the second with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Great apartment for our family of four. Carlotta was so kind and accommodating for checking in and out. Apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. One suggestion, having a book of details on where things are and how to operate them. Ie, clothes washer, took me a couple of days to find it in what I thought was a secure cabinet outside. Also, tea towels for doing dishes would be a plus. Location to the square and Co op was so convenient. Loved having coffee on the balcony with the sun rising behind the bell tower. All in all, wonderful stay

We quite liked this apartment. It’s spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the balcony in the living room features a nice view of the mountains. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. The check-in and out was smooth. You get a free parking lot in the underground garage. Though it may not accommodate rather large cars (was fine for VW Polo)
