Located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, the house opens onto an entrance that leads, on the right, to an independent, habitable and well-equipped kitchen, complete with dining table, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Continuing on, you reach the living room with dining area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and access to a small balcony.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds and a wardrobe. The apartment is completed by a full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
*The structure is currently undergoing renovation work. For this reason, there may be noise during the day.

The location here is good for walking. The apartment is very dated but does offer some charm. The building itself is not attractive or charming but does feel safe. My biggest complaint would be comfort of bed, it could be improved with foam topper but otherwise just like uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. Also there is a pic of partial water view on site but that view is only if you are leaning over rail in front of next door neighbor’s front door. We thought that would be the view from the terrace, which is actually a parking lot and some surrounding greenery.
