Delightful apartment in a residential area of Santa Margherita Ligure surrounded by greenery.
The apartment, located on the ground floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a corridor that leads to the living area, consisting of a living room furnished with a sofa, a TV set, a dining table, a balcony, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and chest of drawers, the second with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
