This charming apartment with neat and refined decoration, is located in the protected area, on the 1st floor of the former hotel of Genis built between the 15th and 17th centuries.
Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, KRUPS DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine), a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200), bed linen provided, and bed made on your arrival, a bathroom with walk-in shower, towels provided, and toilet.
Good connection to free wifi, water, electricity are included.

A comfort heating package is included with meter reading on arrival (an extra charge for excessive consumption may be requested)
